Okay, seriously: The new single is called "Gimme More" and is really good. No, really, that's great! Britney speaks a silent Intro with words, "It's Britney, Bitch!" And then there're off with the Electro-dirty synthesizer, a permanent part thanks to Timbaland and Nelly Furtado's "Maneater" and Justin Timberlake's "Sexback" now the general soft-pop repertoire . So far, so successful, but of course the whole thing here is Britney, and we are grateful for everything that goes on at least a little in the direction of "Toxic." producer Nate "Danja" Hills has indeed been mixed Britney's "Me Against the Music," but most of his studio hours he stood as Timbaland's right hand for all sorts of respectable project (Björk, Xzibit, Black Eyed Peas). Of which he has also the sexy back-esque Piepeser a'la Hot Butter / Popcorn by watching, and the super-cool hooey at the end of the song: "You're gonna have to remove me, 'cause I is not goin' nowhere."
All in all, a "Sexy Back" for girls or the best trash-pop since ... uh ... "Umbrella". Speaking of "Umbrella": Because Britney was once again really stupid and crazy, they rejected the song and gave him the second choice, Rihanna. Shit happens, but what would be Britney without our missteps.
